Grateful for any ideas on this phenomenon. I have checked with some Battery 4 users who use other sequencers but they don't see this behaviour so my guess is that this somehow has something to do with how Battery interacts with Reaper (?). Just closing and opening Battery 4 triggers Battery 4 to go thirough this unnecessary ordeal evey time. Battery 4 shouldn't do this over and over and over again just because I close and open the GUI while actually working and recording.Īnd it does this even though nothing has been changed or added. As I understand it Battery 4 only needs to do this ONCE and you let Battery do this in its standalone state. PROBLEM: EEVERY time I open tha Battery 4 it does this scanning/saving&updating procedure although this isn't necessary. BUT it starts the scanning procedure of 12000 sounds again.
